cash buyer with a portfolio of over 80 properties, including 40 purchased in
the last three years.
Our residential investment criteria is focused on walkups
and elevator buildings, new and old, stabilized and value-add, individual
buildings and portfolios. We do not have a minimum or maximum investment.
Our retail investment criteria is focused on ground floor retail located in dense areas and that allows for multiple neighborhood uses. We purchase vacant, value-add and stabilized retail.
